Dr. Anupam Sharma is a Professor of Corporate Law at the National University of Study and Research in Law. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from the National Law University, Delhi and an LL.M. from the London School of Economics.

With more than two decades of academic experience, he has contributed extensively to the fields of corporate governance, securities regulation, and financial law. His research focuses on the evolving regulatory framework governing corporate institutions and the impact of globalization on corporate legal systems.

Professor Sharma has published numerous research articles in reputed national and international journals and regularly participates in academic conferences, seminars, and policy discussions on corporate regulation and governance.
