Mr. Binay Kumar Biswash serves as the District Technical Consultant for Bokaro with the Centre for Child Rights (CCR) at the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi. In this role, he works closely with district-level authorities, child protection institutions, and community stakeholders to strengthen the implementation of child rights initiatives and protection mechanisms.
